Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Some products may not be in stock, in such cases you will find dispatch time in product page.
• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard Delivery

We ship our products worldwide using trusted courier and postal services.

If we don’t have item in stock, we will inform you about planned delivery time. The delivery time depends on the country to which the order is being sent:

Europe: 3-10 business days after dispatch.

Non Europe: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control may occur.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is available for selected destinations.

Where available, customers may choose an express delivery option during checkout for faster transit times. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

• European Union: Free shipping on orders over €150
• UK and Non EU Europe countries: Free shipping on orders over €300
• United States & Canada: Free shipping on orders over €400
• Australia, New Zealand & Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders over €400

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is calculated automatically at checkout when the qualifying order value is reached.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at info@4refinish.com. We will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier and work towards a suitable resolution.

Delivery Prices

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and selected delivery method.

*The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

*Oversized or extremely heavy items may have a separate shipping cost. We will contact you in such situation.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates and delivery options at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
